Who we are
Be the first marketing person of a brand-new brand.
We're nyce. (nyce.fit) — a Kerry brand making creamy protein shakes, iced coffees, matcha lattes and more, all developed and produced entirely in-house and in small batches in Tralee. No contract manufacturers, no anonymous supply chains: recipe, development and production happen under one roof, using milk from grass-fed Irish cows.
nyce. is part of Qimondo, an Irish manufacturer of premium nutrition products based at Monavalley Business Park, Tralee. The products are ready, the shop is built — now we need someone to tell the world. You'd be our first marketing hire, with the freedom (and the responsibility) that comes with a blank page.
The role
What you'll actually do
- Build and run our social media channels: plan, create and publish content that fits the brand
- Create the content yourself — photos, short videos, reels, stories — with our products, our production floor and the Kerry coast as your backdrop
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google) and learn what works as we grow
- Own our email marketing: newsletters, welcome flows and campaigns for our subscribers
- Help grow our creator and affiliate programme: find partners, manage relationships, keep it honest
- Shape launch campaigns for new products and flavours directly with the team behind the products
- Watch the numbers, learn from them and double down on what works
The person
Who we're looking for
There's no marketing department to slot into — you'd be building it. We're looking for someone hands-on, creative and self-driven. You might be:
The professional
A marketer with e-commerce or D2C brand experience who wants real responsibility instead of a small slice of a big machine.
The graduate
A marketing or communications graduate with a portfolio of side projects that shows you don't wait to be told.
The creator
A self-taught content creator who has built channels or an audience and knows how to make people stop scrolling.
What matters to us
- Genuine enthusiasm for building something from scratch — you'll set up the channels, the tone and the playbook
- A good eye for content: you can shoot, cut and write posts that feel like the brand, not like ads
- An organised, self-driven way of working — short decision paths, but nobody handing you a to-do list
- Comfortable with numbers: campaign budgets, basic analytics, knowing what's working and what isn't
- Good English; German is a strong plus, as Germany and Austria are among our shop markets (other languages welcome too)
- Honest marketing instincts — we only say what we can back up, and we like it that way
A formal marketing qualification is a plus, not a must. Show us something you've made — that says more than any certificate.
