When there is no right of withdrawal

Please note: for distance contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded or expires early in certain cases. This applies in particular to contracts:

for goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded,
for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed after delivery,
for goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
