Our protein powders are developed and produced entirely in-house - no contract manufacturing, no anonymous supply chain. The whey comes exclusively from Irish producers whose cows graze on pasture (grass-fed).

Professional societies and studies usually recommend about 1.2-1.6 g of protein per kg of body weight daily while dieting, and even more for people who are physically active. A shake with 23-26 g of protein covers a relevant part of that.
I take a GLP-1 medication - are the shakes right for me?
