The shake that wakes you up: creamy protein powder with White Almond Coconut flavour and 80 mg of caffeine per serving - about as much as a cup of cappuccino, but entirely without coffee taste. Mixed cold, it becomes your creamy pick-me-up for the morning or the afternoon slump. With 1 g of glucomannan from the konjac root per serving: in the context of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 portions of 1 g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before a meal. Warning: risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with inadequate fluid intake - always take with plenty of liquid. Note: high caffeine content - not recommended for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women.

HOW TO

Preparation

Mix 30 g of powder (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of cold, unsweetened almond drink or low-fat milk. For extra creaminess, blend with ice cubes. Drink 1-2 glasses of water with it - important because of the glucomannan it contains.

Tip

Combine 2 flavours, e.g. White Almond Coconut with Chocolate Cream. Ideal in the morning instead of coffee - but not late in the evening because of the caffeine.
