The small getting-to-know-you serving of our classic: 30 g of protein powder with vanilla ice cream flavour for exactly one creamy shake. Perfect for testing taste and texture before you go for the big can. With 1 g of glucomannan from the konjac root per serving: glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 servings of 1 g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals. HOW TO

Preparation

Mix 30 g of powder (whole sachet) with 300 ml of unsweetened almond drink or water. For extra creaminess, blend with ice cubes. Drink 1-2 glasses of water with it - important because of the glucomannan.
