Our milkshake classic, completely plant-based: creamy vegan protein powder made from pea and rice protein with Vanilla Ice Cream flavour. Mixed with unsweetened almond drink, it becomes a protein-rich shake in milkshake style - entirely without animal ingredients, perfect after your workout or as a protein-rich snack. With 1 g of glucomannan from the konjac root per serving: in the context of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 portions of 1 g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before a meal. Warning: risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with inadequate fluid intake - always take with plenty of liquid.

HOW TO

Preparation

Mix 30 g of powder (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of unsweetened almond or oat drink. For extra creaminess, blend with ice cubes. Drink 1-2 glasses of water with it - important because of the glucomannan it contains.

Tip

Combine 2 flavours, e.g. Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate. With oat drink the shake turns out especially creamy.
