Creamy protein powder with real matcha green tea powder and a gentle vanilla note: the mild sweetness rounds off the slightly tart matcha - mixed cold, it becomes your creamy protein iced matcha latte with 23 g of protein per serving. With 1 g of glucomannan from the konjac root per serving: in the context of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 portions of 1 g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before a meal. Warning: risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with inadequate fluid intake - always take with plenty of liquid. Note: high caffeine content - not recommended for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women.

HOW TO

Preparation

Mix 30 g of powder (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of cold, unsweetened almond drink or low-fat milk, add ice cubes - your iced matcha latte is ready. Drink 1-2 glasses of water with it - important because of the glucomannan it contains.

Tip

Combine 2 flavours, e.g. Vanilla with Original Matcha. Mixed with oat drink, the latte turns out especially creamy.
